By accessing or using Production Master (the "Service") at productionmaster.dev or the Production Master platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Production Master is an AI-powered incident investigation platform that helps engineering teams investigate production incidents and prepare cited conclusions for human review. It does not execute remediation on your behalf. The Service is currently in beta and provided on an "as-is" basis.

The Service is currently in private beta. Beta access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Beta features may change, be discontinued, or have limited availability without notice.

By participating in the beta, you agree to provide feedback and understand that the Service may contain bugs or errors.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with Service operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Production Master and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

You grant Production Master a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRODUCTION MASTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

AI-generated investigation reports and root-cause analyses are suggestions only and require human review before acting on them. Production Master is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTION MASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
