Privacy Policy

This notice describes data handling on the public Production Master marketing website at productionmaster.dev. Product-evaluation data is governed by the written terms agreed for that evaluation; this page does not promise an unpublished product retention, encryption, residency, or deployment policy.

The contact form collects work email, company, optional role, request intent, and the incident-response problem you choose to describe. We use those fields to assess and reply to your request. Do not submit secrets, credentials, production data, or incident logs.

Form requests pass through a same-origin Vercel Function and automated-request verification before an email notification is sent through Resend. Server logs record random receipt and delivery identifiers plus error codes—not submitted form values.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide anonymous page-view and Core Web Vital telemetry. The site removes query strings and URL fragments before those events are sent, and the telemetry does not receive contact-form values.

Optional interaction events are limited to documented route, CTA, sample-state, and status identifiers. They are exported only after you select “Allow optional events” in the footer’s Analytics choices and a production destination is configured. “Decline optional events” prevents that export. Browser Do Not Track overrides an allow choice.

Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics, Speed Insights, functions, and automated-request verification. Resend processes contact-form fields to deliver the notification to our inbox. These providers process data to provide their respective services; Production Master does not sell contact information.

A public default form-retention schedule is not yet published. You may ask for the current handling period or request correction or deletion by emailing us. The website uses HTTPS in transit. Product encryption, key management, deletion, backup, and residency commitments are published only after approval; see the current security status.
