Closed beta

Run it against your real incidents

Production Master is in closed beta and accepting new teams.
The pilot is a structured 8 weeks against production incidents you actually had — not a demo environment.

What the 8 weeks look like

Three phases, each with something you can hold us to: a first cited report, a working cadence, and a written review at the end.

Week 1

Connect and investigate

Read-only connectors into the systems you already run.
The first cited root-cause report lands in week 1, on one of your real incidents.

Weeks 2–6

Run it against live incidents

At least 10 investigations across the pilot, on the incidents your team actually gets paged for.
A working session each week to review what the reports got right and wrong.

Weeks 7–8

Assess and decide

A written review of every investigation run during the pilot, so the decision to continue is made against evidence rather than an impression.

Commercial terms

An 8-week pilot at $7,500, credited in full toward the first year. No pre-committed conversion discount.

Self-hosting via Helm is available to closed-beta teams now, so a pilot can run entirely inside your own infrastructure if your data cannot leave it.

What we need from you

  • A production environment with deploy history, metrics and logs we can read.
  • One team willing to route real incidents through the investigation, not a sandbox.
  • An engineer who will read the reports critically and tell us where they are wrong.

Eight weeks is long enough to find out

If the reports do not hold up to your own review, the pilot has told you something worth knowing.
